Stacy Strauss

Stacy Strauss is the CFO of FosterHub. Stacy's past experiences in higher education, fundraising economic development, and mentoring youth have led her to this role with FosterHub where she continues to enact positive change and impact others' successful journeys.

Prior to joining FosterHub, Stacy served as the Director of the Ohio University Innovation Center- a small business incubator with an economic development mission. While at the Innovation Center, Stacy attracted over $10M in external funding to renovate the facility and enable the organization’s work in support of new technology ventures. Under Stacy's leadership, the center was named the International Entrepreneurial Support Organization of the Year by the leading professional association, InBIA.

Before her work at the Innovation Center, Stacy was the Director of Career Services at Hocking College where she guided thousands of students through the job search process and mentored graduates on resume and career skills. She was also a Student Affairs Coordinator at Hocking, and provided counsel during the recruitment, matriculation, and retention processes.

During her tenure as Head Soccer Coach at Ohio University, the Bobcats won two Mid-American Conference Championships, maintained a 3.6+ cumulative GPA, and a 98% graduation rate. Stacy has also been an active non-profit board member with stints on the boards of Ohio Life Sciences, the Athens County Port Authority, and ACEnet.
