Michelle Moone

Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, Michelle Moone holds a BA in Psychology from The Ohio State University and a Master’s in Organizational Management from Ashford University.
Michelle has collaborated with Michelle Mays and co-authored "Dumpster Doll: The Early Years," "Dumpster Doll: Adolescence," and is currently working on "Dumpster Doll: Adulting." Writing this series was the impetus of creating FosterHub. Dumpster Doll: The Early Years has been recognized by CASA – Court Appointed Special Advocates and included on their national recommended reading list. Having been raised hearing of her mother’s adoption story; Michelle has always had a soft spot in her heart for foster and adopted children and the families who love them. Michelle is an active member at St. Patrick Church in Columbus, Ohio and has taught kindergarten and third grade CCD at St. Patrick’s. Michelle loves dogs and has a weakness for rescue dogs; she lives in Central Ohio with her rescue dog, Oscar.
