Clare Duffy

Clare Duffy serves as Chief Strategy Officer at FosterHub, where she applies over a decade of strategic design and systems development experience to support youth transitioning out of foster care in Central Ohio. Throughout her career at organizations including YETI, Peloton, and Precor, Clare has specialized in transforming complex challenges into scalable solutions, leading organizational transformations and building frameworks that maximize collaborative efficacy and long-term impact. At FosterHub, she focuses on conceptualizing ways internal systems and processes can scale over time to expand the organization's reach and deepen its impact on vulnerable youth populations. She also leads marketing efforts, leveraging strategic outreach to connect with the community, raise awareness about the challenges facing youth aging out of foster care, and build partnerships that strengthen FosterHub's mission.
With a BFA in Industrial Design from Massachusetts College of Art and Design in Boston, her approach to strategy is rooted in human-centered problem-solving, accessibility, and ensuring solutions serve diverse populations—principles that directly align with FosterHub's mission to provide individualized support for every youth aging out of the system. Beyond her professional work, she has been a vocal advocate for diversity and equity, speaking at IDSA's Women In Design events and contributing to publications on workplace equity. Passionate about animal rescue, physical movement as a foundation for mental health, and supporting small businesses, she brings the same commitment to community building in her personal life as she does professionally.
